CARE tailored its team building diversity training for group homes, youth facilities, therapeutic facilities, level 2 therapeutic schools, community based organizations. CARE will help you develope and find ways to improve youth, counselors and other staff motivations by identifying what drives them and make them want to live up to their full potential, creating an environment for increased productivity with youth, counselors and staff morale. Motivating youth, counselors and staff can be one of the biggest challenges, but learning how to inspire youth, counselors and staff is the key to a successful life.
Conflict brought on by the relationship between a counselor, staff and youth can negatively affect your organizations performance and overall success. Counselors, staff and youth who are "out of sync" often cause low productivity, dwindling morale, poor attitude and conflicts. Conflict is often caused due to the inability to communicate effectively. Contrary to what many people believe, the issue may not just be a difference of opinion. Effective communication is based on knowledge and understanding the core characteristics of the counselor, staff and youth and how their styles fit together.
